Unfortunately, even though your doctor is extremely familiar with your case and medical condition, he or she cannot determine if you are disabled. Only the SSA can do that. Doctors and the SSA often have a different definition of what’s considered a disability. For example, your doctor may state you are disabled due to a partial disability. The SSA only accepts applications for total disability.

— Former Judge Bill Trude
My name is William Trude. I was a former circuit judge in Kentucky for 15 years. I was in a car accident in 2015. The first people I thought about were (Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer). And the first person I thought about was Roy (Collins). So I called Roy, and he took my case. They handled it efficiently. I was treated well and couldn’t be happier. Roy (Collins) and Dan (Yeast) are both very down-to-earth, nice people, and I knew they would do everything they could to get that claim approved… I think they’re some of the best personal injury attorneys in Kentucky. Because of what Kyle did on the insurance case, my wife and I able to buy our first home. I really appreciate what Kyle was able to do for my family.
