The attorneys and staff at Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer recognize that a college education offers a gateway to pursuing a fulfilling career. They also understand that regional college campuses strengthen local communities.

EKU’s regional campus in Manchester provides students in southeastern Kentucky greater access to in-person classes and needed academic programming. More than 7,000 students have enrolled at EKU’s Manchester campus, which has a state-of-the-art classroom facility. More than a third of the students who enrolled were the first in their families to attend college.

The Manchester Campus Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2022 to create a pathway for future generations of students. The proceeds of the scholarship fund provide merit-based aid and need-based aid to local students seeking higher education.

Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer has had a law office in Manchester for more than 20 years.

Attorney Roy Collins, the managing partner of Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer, is based in the Manchester office.

The law firm is proud to give back to the local community and offer financial support to help local students attend college as an investment in the future of Eastern Kentucky.
