Glenda Couch Hubbard
Glenda Couch Hubbard is a paralegal in Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer’s Manchester office. Glenda has been with the firm since October 2000. She attended Leslie County High School and has a paralegal degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
In her day-to-day role, Glenda:
- Serves as a caseworker for medical negligence and products liability cases
- Assists Roy with his duties as Master Commissioner of the Clay Circuit Court
- Resolves liens against clients’ settlement proceeds/judgments
Glenda is very active in the Manchester community. She has served as Sunday School Superintendent of her church for approximately four years. She also works with youth in the county coaching soccer, basketball, and softball. She is currently president of the Clay County Little League.
”My family and faith are the most important things to me,” she says. “I also very much enjoy working with the kids in my church and county.”

Melissa Sizemore-Smith
Melissa Sizemore-Smith is a financial assistant in our Manchester office. She joined the firm in April 1999. She has an associate’s degree in business management. Before she became a financial assistant at the firm, she had the role of legal assistant.
In her role, Melissa is responsible for assisting Roy with the firm’s human resources needs, paying routine expenses, and assisting the accounting department. She also helps with scheduling depositions and appointments, dictation and filing motions in state and federal court. She’s also responsible for keeping an accurate calendar and record of the proceedings.
Born in Leslie County, Melissa says she was “raised by two of the strongest women I have ever known – my mother and my grandmother.” Even though she was born in Leslie County, she has worked in Clay County for more than 20 years and feels right at home. “I see our clients in local stores, and they speak to me as if they have known me all their lives,” she says.
She also considers her fellow coworkers at Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer as extended family. “My coworkers have always treated me as family,” she says. “If I have a problem, they treat it like they have a problem, and we all solve it together.”

Sonya Hoskins-Gray

She’s been with Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer for over 25 years, starting in January 1993. She remembers when the firm had two attorneys and four total employees.

Jennifer Smith
Jennifer Smith is an assistant in our Manchester office. She recently retired from her previous position with the local board of education after 25 years where she worked under six superintendents during her career. She also worked with courts on truancy cases while working for the board of education. Jennifer is in the process of returning to college to attain her associate’s degree in medical coding.
Her responsibilities at Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer include answering phones, gathering medical records, record keeping, and assisting the other staff in completing their tasks.
Jennifer has twin daughters that she says are absolutely her reason for striving to become a better mother, person, employee, etc. “Having a strong work ethic is something I am very proud of, and I hope to instill that in my children as well,” she says.

Marty Bronson
Marty Bronson is a workers’ compensation case manager in our Manchester office. She has been with the firm since June 2009. Marty graduated from Leslie County High School and has an associate’s degree in science. She is also certified in medical coding.
